Being a top hat pick

I have my creative hat on… every day!

See?

Thanks to Michelle Ward I now have this very cool Top Hat:

GPP street team winner Hanna Andersson - February 2009 - yay me!

Yay! I just said “WHAT?” out loud when I read my comments after breakfast this morning! Michelle told me I’m a winner of this monthly challenge to do something new in your Art Journal. I’m the winner!!!! I didn’t know I’ve played in 9 crusades but I know I’ve learned something new each time I did… and that I will be apart of it many more times! I think everyone who tries is a winner, because it’s always a challenge to try something new.

Thanks again, I’m doing the happy dance here in Sweden (bouncing my hair around, listening to H.I.M. in honor of our great street team leader)!

Today I found these photos in a folder, inspired by the Post Secret flickr group. Just for fun, being a kid with my box of toys….

Smilla’s reflection in the window.

When I play with photos in Photoshop I forget about time sometimes. I just have lots of fun and I’m not a pro in any way. I’m just moving the curves and making my photos brighter most of the time.

Thanks for all your help on my search for bookmarking tools online. I’m going to stick with Delicious now that I know that the linkroll works (it’s just the preview that doesn’t)! You can check out the “articles” I tag on read this page, a page that I will now update more often!

Mom is also sewing this huge table cloth in blue and white fabrics…

Smilla wants to sit so close that there is no room to put anything when I’ve temporary set up a sewing machine at the ironing board… I need space!

But she is so cute I can’t really ask her to leave either… hehe.

Mom got the idea from this book (a Swedish one).
