She is happy about spring

I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
so I love you because I know no other way.

Happy for Spring
Smilla is so very appreciative that spring is here! Photo taken with my smart phone.

Continuing from my last post of blog inspiration here are a few more of my recently found favorites that I thought you’d like too!?

Inspirational blogs

  • las Teje y Maneje – a Spanish blog with a compilation of images from other sources. It’s about craft, street art, knit, crochet, and handmade humorous things that makes me smile! Can’t read the text if I don’t google translate it, but love the inspiration + smiles I get here.
  • The Pioneer woman – photography by Ree Drummond
    Ree has this kind of blog that looks like it has a huge team of people behind it; with writers, designers, sponsors… She writes about her life on a ranch, about cooking, being a writer and all kinds of cool things, but my favorite part is the Photography section where she posts articles, tutorials, giveaways and awesome posts on themed photography!
  • Laventime dreams – Karen Drayne’s blog is filled with super cute things! I found her via the postcard swap and her embroidered postcards are wonderful, and her drawings and softies super cute!
  • A paper bear by Brian Kasstle
    I think Brian’s art journals kind of reminds a bit of my own, at least sometimes. I love his style and the combination of drawing, painting and collage. Lots of eye candy there!

I hope this gets you inspired to crochet, knit, write a love poem, create a collage or simply snap some photos today!

  1. Thanks for the links! I had just visited Brian’s site the other day. Did you see the photo down a ways that shows the outside of his large journal, which is bursting at the seams? Gave me inspiration to get the front and back covers of my art journal collaged! My mom has told me about Ree’s site. Boy, is it ever jam-packed with “stuff”! Thanks for sharing.

  2. Thank you for the amazing shout out to my blog! Thank you so very much! You inspire me so very much I am happy I can do the same for you!
