Glue Book with Ideas for DIY Fashion
I love the idea of altering and making clothes, jewelry and accessories myself. I talked a bit about DIY Fashion inspiration a while back, and one idea already executed is dyeing clothes to alter them. Love that!
And lately I’ve found myself looking through magazines to cut out items of clothes more often than before. I am using my Glue Book to store colour combinations, fun patterns and cool craft and DIY ideas right now. Let’s have a closer look at the looks that inspire iHanna, shall we?
More awesome DIY Fashion. Painted bags and shoes in bright colours, striped sweaters and always and for ever Carrie & Co.
Kid’s clothes! Always makes me wish that I was a few sizes smaller and a bit braver – though it’s here the DIY comes in handy. Can’t buy it? Do it yourself!
Love big plastic jewelry, hoodies and cardigans. Mmm!
Not everything is rainbow happy, black outfits are perfect for some occasions. And so chic, right?!
Crocheted ideas and green socks and pantie-hoes… Fun times!
Sometimes it’s not the clothes but the look – the idea of the woman. Standing tall, having an attitude.
Gudrun Sjödén love.
Again – attitude. And autumn coziness that I don’t want to think about right now. I’ll be back to this in two months time and looking for knitted sweaters to live in.
Somber, Black, Warm. And embroidery. Put embroidery on everything – that’s my motto.
Do you have a fashion section, and what do you put there? How is your glue book coming along?

Love this idea of collecting and making a personal fashion book!
Wow– I love the fashion! I actually worked on a fashion spread this week. Only finished one page, the next page to come. My daughter brought me some old mags so it has been a treat to look for goodies. I’m having fun, glad you are too!
beautiful clothes and color combos! I love the multiple hair and cloth braids that woman has, coming out of her bun. I wear one braid – I’ll have to try that and see how it looks. Great images! {:-Deb

since starting my 365 collages, I’ve noticed that I cut out more clothes and accessories like jewelry than I do anything else!
Lovely! As usual :)
