365 Collages | Week 30 | Chillaxing
Again, seven new collages fresh from the artist’s table. With these I am wishing you a chillaxing weekend!
Passing the ravine – Collage no 205 by iHanna.
Chillaxing you ask? It’s chilling and relaxing put together, a lovely word if you ask me. It is the ultimate state of chill and relaxation. I hope my collages today will offer you some well deserved shade and a windy breeze…
Solitude can be frightening because it invites us to meet a stranger we think we may not want to know – ourselves. Melvyn Kinder
In the Shade of a Parasol – Collage no 206 by iHanna.
Chillaxing Winds – Collage no 207 by iHanna.
Dry Spell – Collage no 208 by iHanna.
Dreaming of Marrakesh – Collage no 209 by iHanna.

Haha, have you noticed the weather theme in the titles lately? It’s been a very hot and dry summer, and then last week loads of thunder, rain and very varying weather.
I guess this strange weather has been on my mind a lot, because it’s been on the news every day. The hot days resulted in a temporary ban for barbecue and grills everywhere in Sweden, after a lot of forest fires. Farmers are struggling with finding enough hay for the animals, and we’ve struggling with doing anything at all in the heat.
What’s going on in life is reflected in my art, as always. What’s going on in your life?

Thanks for being here, and reading my blog, being my favorite supporter and leaving me a comment below. I want to know which of these collages you like the best – and why? I’m curious & appreciate that kind of comments a lot. :-)
Chillax my dear, chillax!

Really like the feel of “Passing the Ravine.” I spent a lot of my growing up summers in the nearby ravine with my cousins. We loved playing in the woods all day and only coming out when it was time for dinner. Thanks for bringing back happy memories!
